This notice is about the website at momsmoments.app — specifically the contact form and visit statistics on this site. The MOMENTS app, including any health information you record in it, is covered separately by the app Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
MOMENTS is a product of Phoenix Fire IT (Magnolia, Texas). When you visit this website, a small amount of information may be collected as described below. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell your information.
Information the website collects
Contact form. If you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, and use them only to respond to you.
Please don't send sensitive health details through the website contact form. It's meant for general questions. Keep seizure logs and other health information inside the app, where it's protected under the app's privacy policy.
Visit statistics. We use a privacy-focused, self-hosted analytics tool (Umami) to understand site usage in aggregate — page views, referring sites, general region, and device type. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not identify you personally.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies — our analytics is cookieless by design. Because we set no non-essential cookies, no cookie-consent banner is required to browse the site.
How we use and share it
- Contact-form submissions are used only to respond to you.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We share information only with providers that help us operate the site and deliver email, and only as needed to do so, or if required by law.
- Loading this site may involve providers that deliver fonts and icons (such as Google Fonts and Cloudflare); your browser's request may expose your IP address to them as part of normal web delivery.
Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable records period afterward, then delete them. Aggregate analytics data is retained in non-identifying form.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact chris@phoenixfireit.com.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has contacted us, let us know and we will delete it.

We may update this notice from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do.
